Double axe murderess Miranda Towers returns to her failing circus after being locked away for fifteen years. But when circus performers start dying in the center ring, Miranda realizes that ‘accidents’ + publicity = crowds and $$$. Was she cured at the asylum or is Miranda on another rampage?
