Forplay: A Comedy Based on a True Story

Silvia and Michael, friends and writing partners, are delighted when they’re hired to write a love story instead of the usual action movie. But when Michael tells Silvia he’s finally ended his turbulent relationship with his girlfriend, long-suppressed attractions arise between the two collaborators, complicating their relationship. When Silvia insists they base the plot of their new script on their own situation, the line between fiction and reality begins to blur. Silvia (the cynic) and Michael (the romantic) struggle to reconcile their opposing views on relationships, and come to grips with their own pasts and fears.
