24-Hour Theatre

The event is described as "tight budget, tight schedule, tight pants. On Saturday, June 14, eight writers, eight directors, and twenty-four actors will tackle the forces of Good & Evil in 24 hours."

Armed with a prop, a line of dialogue and a theme, writers begin writing the night before, on Friday at 8 p.m. Directors and actors start working at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning, The shows go up starting at 8 p.m. on Saturday night.

It’s a complete theatre experience created in 24 hours.
