About This Show

How can you explain the world without a conspiracy theory?

Whistler in the Dark Theatre presents its second production, Eric Overmyer’s In Perpetuity Throughout the Universe — a sinister comedy following the lives of ghostwriters who pen conspiracy-based literature.

Do you risk your job when it conflicts with your morality? Confronted with this question, the ghostwriters struggle to make their choice while wading through the politics of prejudice and fear. Colorful characters and acrobatic wordplay showcase Eric Overmyer as one of America’s foremost theatrical voices. Ben Fainstein directs.

Pay-what-you-can previews are June 14 & 15 at 8:00 PM. There is no matinee on Saturday, June 17. Share your thoughts at one of two talkback sessions, held immediately following the Sunday June 18 and Thursday, June 22 performances.
