About the Show

In a small, quiet town called River City, Iowa, a charming
and smooth-talking traveling salesman named Harold Hill arrives — claiming he
can transform the town’s boys into a grand marching band. He persuades the
townspeople to buy instruments and uniforms even though he doesn’t know a
trombone from a treble clef.

As Harold schemes to take their money and skip town, he
unexpectedly falls for the local librarian, Marian Paroo. Through her influence
— and her kindness — Harold begins to question his plans and must confront
themes of honesty, community, love, and redemption. By the end, he’s faced with
whether to keep running or stay and truly become part of the town he tried to
con.

The show blends humor, romance, community spirit, and
classic Broadway-style music with sentimental ballads, rousing marches, and
familiar hometown charm

Songs Include: Rock Island, Iowa Stubborn, Ya Got Trouble,
Goodnight My Someone, Seventy-Six Trombones
