Over the River and Through the Woods

Set in New Jersey in 1994, Over the River and Through the Woods follows Nick, a young, single Italian-American who announces to both sets of grandparents that the has been offered a dream job in Seattle. Devastated by the news, his doting, salt-of-the-earth grandparents, with whom he has dinner every Sunday, cook up a plot to keep him from leaving the nest.
