Advanced Acting: Ages 10+

This class is designed to take your acting ability to the next level and has the requirement that students must have taken Acting for Teens or Acting Technique (or have comparable experience) in the past to ensure they are ready to take that next step. Students can nail their next audition with this class that will focus on monologue and cold reading preparation for auditions, trusting the actor’s impulse, making strong choices, character analysis and upper-level movement and voice techniques. The class will culminate in the performance of audition-ready, contrasting monologues or an in-depth scene study that students can add to their audition portfolios.
