Full Casting Announced for Kyle Jarrow and Lauren Worsham's The Wildness

Sky-Pony’s “rock fairytale” will be directed by Sam Buntrock at Ars Nova.

Full casting has been announced for The Wildness: Sky-Pony’s Rock Fairy Tale, a new rock-theater event from the Brooklyn-based indie-pop band Sky-Pony. Directed by Tony nominee Sam Buntrock (Sunday in the Park With George), the production of Ars Nova, in collaboration with The Play Company, will run from February 16-March 19 at Ars Nova.

Described as a "rock fairytale," the work features songs by Kyle Jarrow (The SpongeBob Musical) and text by Jarrow and Tony nominee Lauren Worsham (A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder). The pair will also head the company, which includes David Blasher, Lilli Cooper (Spring Awakening), Jeff Fernandes, Katie Lee Hill, Jamie Mohamdein, Sharone Sayegh, and Kevin Wunderlich.

The production team includes Chase Brock (choreography), Kris Stone (scenic design), Tilly Grimes (costume design), Brian Tovar (lighting design), Tim O'Heir (sound design), Alex Basco Koch (projection design), Sarah Morgan (props design), and Wiley DeWeese (musical direction).
