Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg participated in a talkback after the Sunday, July 29 performance of The Originalist at 59E59 Theaters. Director Molly Smith sat in conversation with Ginsburg, discussing Ginsburg's former colleague and subject of The Originalist, the late Justice Antonin Scalia.

Written by John Strand, The Originalist is described as follows: "When a bright, liberal, Harvard Law School graduate embarks on a nerve-wracking clerkship with the conservative Justice, she discovers him to be both an infuriating sparring partner and an unexpected mentor. How will their relationship affect one of the most incendiary cases ever to reach the nation's highest court?"

The Originalist runs through Sunday, August 19.
