The York Theatre Company will present Richard Maltby, Jr. and David Shire in A Closer Conversation with Maltby & Shire on Saturday, July 14 at 11:30am in the York Theater at Saint Peter’s Church.
The talk is being held in conjunction with the York’s current production of the Maltby & Shire musical Closer Than Ever, which stars Jenn Colella, George Dvorsky, Christiane Noll, and Sal Viviano
Maltby and Shire co-wrote the Broadway musicals Baby and Big, both of which earned them Tony Award nominations, as well as the revue Starting Here, Starting Now and the musical Take Flight.
