Heidi Schreck's Tony-nominated What the Constitution Means to Me and Annie Baker's acclaimed The Antipodes are on tap for Center Theater Group's upcoming seasons at the Mark Taper Forum and the Kirk Douglas Theatre.

Kicking off the 2019-20 season at the Mark Taper Forum is A Play Is a Poem, a new evening of short works by Oscar winner Ethan Coen. Running September 11-October 13, it is presented in association with the Atlantic Theater Company and staged by its artistic director, Neil Pepe. Ruben Santiago-Hudson's Tony-winning revival of August Wilson's Jitney follows, running December 22-January 29.

Direct from Broadway, Schreck's Pulitzer finalist What the Constitution Means to Me, directed by Oliver Butler, will run January 12-February 16. Baker's The Antipodes will run March 25-April 26, once again directed by Lila Neugebauer, who staged the play off-Broadway. Closing out the season is King James, Rajiv Joseph's new play that looks at the cultural impact of basketball icon LeBron James. Presented in association with Steppenwolf Theater, Anna D. Shapiro's production runs in summer 2020.

At the Kirk Douglas Theatre, newly announced are Bill Irwin's On Beckett (September 13-October 27); Dael Orlandersmith's Until the Flood, directed by Neel Keller (January 24-February 23); and Aasif Mandvi's Sakina's Restaurant, directed by Kimberly Senior (summer 2020).
