In the movie, Spacey plays lobbyist Jack Abramoff, whose practices precipitated one of the bigger scandals of the Bush administration.
The cast also features Kelly Preston, Barry Pepper, Rachelle Lefevre, Jon Lovitz, Eric Schweig, and Christian Campbell.
Spacey is the artistic director of London’s Old Vic Theatre. He won the Tony Award as Best Featured Actor in a Play for Lost in Yonkers and received a Best Actor nomination for The Iceman Cometh. He is also a two-time Academy Award winner for American Beauty and The Usual Suspects.
