The season will include Donald Margulies’ drama Time Stands Still, explores the relationship of James, a war correspondent, and Sarah, a photojournalist, as she recovers after being caught in a roadside bombing; the regional premiere of David Ives’ Venus in Fur, a sexy cat-and-mouse game between an actress and a writer/director as she auditions for a role in his new play; Katori Hall’s Olivier Award-winning The Mountaintop, which looks at the last night of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s life; and John Cariani’s Almost, Maine, which follows the lives and romances in the titular town.
