The Steve Silver Foundation and Beach Blanket Babylon have announced the 10th anniversary of their “Scholarship for the Arts” program.

The program is an annual event designed to help young artists pursue their dreams. High school seniors throughout the San Francisco Bay Area are asked to submit a three-minute singing, acting or dancing performance, from which nine finalists are selected. They will then perform live at Club Fugazi on June 4th in front of celebrity judges. One winner from each category will be presented with $10,000 toward higher education.

Steve Silver’s Beach Blanket Babylon is the world’s longest running musical revue.
