The Pink Collar Comedy Tour, which features female funny people Kaytlin Bailey, Abbi Crutchfield, Carrie Gravenson, and Erin Judge, will finally reach New York, after months driving around the American South, on February 9. The free show will take place at Long Island City’s The Creek and the Cave at 10 PM.

“We’ve had an awesome time on tour,” Judge told us. “There was a great show in Baton Rouge and a great house in New Orleans, during Mardi Gras, so we got beads and laughs, which was pretty awesome. Beads and laughs, it’s what keeps you going.”

The Pink Collar Comedy Tour, founded by Kaytlin Bailey, premiered at the Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston, South Carolina in 2012 and continued on to more than a dozen cities in six states that the summer. Throughout the first part of 2013, the tour traveled through Texas and Louisiana.

“It’s been over 70 degrees most days of our tour, so we’re really not missing New York that much,” Judge said. “But as long as you guys keep it warm, we’ll be coming back with smiles on our faces. We are really excited to do the show at The Creek and The Cave. I think it’s the best venue for comics that range from newer to super famous.”

As for their plans after the New York show, Judge said:” [We]might do some thrift store shopping, which is where we pick something out for everybody to try on and then we take pictures and put them on Instagram and make a fool out of each of us. And then, as for the tour, we’re going to come back to the Southeast, where we started our tour, in the spring.”
