The Grinch descended upon Madison Square Garden to kick off a charity book drive in support of the Garden of Dreams Foundation.

The furry green creature read Dr. Seuss’ famed children’s book, How The Grinch Stole Christmas! to a group of 25 child participants in this non-profit charity that works with all areas of The Madison Square Garden Company, to make dreams come true for kids facing obstacles.

Patrons who attend this year’s holiday production of Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical – which plays a limited holiday engagement at The Theatre at Madison Square Garden, December 13-30 – and/or visit the CMOM are encouraged to donate an unused book to the Foundation.
