Scott Schwartz Receives a Warm Broadway Welcome to Bay Street Theatre

Sag Harbor's Bay Street Theatre welcomed Scott Schwartz aboard as its new artistic director at a special celebration, held at a private New York City club on October 10.

The party was hosted by Bonnie Comley and five-time Tony Award-winning producer Stewart Lane (Romeo and Juliet). Other Broadway producers in attendance included Tony winner Elie Hirschfeld (Passing Strange), Barbara Whitman (Hands on a Hardbody), and Jayson Raitt (Rock of Ages). Tony-nominated composer and actor Jeff Blumenkrantz (Urban Cowboy) supplied the entertainment, performing two self-composed numbers for the evening's guests.
