Enid Graham, Ruibo Qian, and more star in this new play from Bryna Turner.
Photos from the first rehearsal of Lincoln Center Theater's LCT3 production of Bryna Turner's Bull in a China Shop, directed by Lee Sunday Evans, have been released. Performances of the production begin February 11 ahead of a March 1 opening and run through March 26.
Bull in a China Shop follows Mary Woolley (Enid Graham) and her partner, Jeannette Marks (Ruibo Qian), as they reform and revolutionize women's education at the height of the suffrage movement. As evolving ambitions and desires strain the couple's relationship, this fast-paced comedy explores how we change the world, how the world changes us, and how we try to grow old together.
Joining Graham and Qian are Michele Selene Ang (Netflix's Thirteen Reasons Why), Lizbeth Mackay (The Humans), and Crystal Lucas-Perry (Little Children Dream of God).
The production will have sets by Arnulfo Maldonado, costumes by Oana Botez, lights by Eric Southern, and original music and sound by Broken Chord.
