On Sunday, January 30, Red Bull Theater held its benefit gala, which featured a performance of the company’s
The Witch of Edmonton at
Theater at St. Clement’s. The show, directed by Jesse Berger, officially opens on February 3.
The evening’s guests included Veanne Cox, Peter Dinklage, David Furr, Dana Ivey, Jeff McCarthy, Kathryn Meisle, Kristine Nielsen, Matthew Rauch, Jay O. Sanders, and John Douglas Thompson.
Based on the script by Thomas Dekker, John Ford and William Rowley, the piece looks at how the lives of a group of people in a small town can intersect, often in strange and spellbinding ways.
The company features Craig Baldwin, Justin Blanchard, Adam Green, Christopher Innvar, Carman Lacivita, Christopher McCann, Christina Pumariega, Amanda Quaid, André De Shields, Miriam Silverman, Derek Smith, Sam Tsoutsouvas, Raphael Nash Thompson, Everett Quinton, and Charlayne Woodard.
