An original one-act play by Neil LaBute is just one of the entries in an auction that will raise money to underwrite the forthcoming movie version of Christopher Shinn’s play Four. As previously announced, Joshua Sanchez will direct the movie.
The LaBute play will also be performed by professional actors in an exclusive, one-time, private engagement for the buyer. In addition, the author will provide a hand-written copy of the piece, autographed by himself and the performers, and he will attend the performance, schedule permitting.
Additional items in the auction include a studio portrait by photographer Meagan Cignoli, tickets to Alexander Markov’s Rock Concerto at Carnegie Hall, and an autographed copy of an anthology of Shinn’s plays, among others.
