On Your Feet!'s Eric Ulloa to Premiere Sandy Hook Drama 26 Pebbles at Human Race Theatre

The Human Race Theatre Company in Dayton, Ohio has announced its 2016-17 season lineup, featuring two musicals and four plays.
Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's Tony-winning musical thriller Sweeney Todd will open the season, running from September 8-October 2, followed by Tom Dudzick’s comedy Hail Mary!, running from November 3-20.
David Sedaris' The Santaland Diaries, adapted by Joe Mantello, will come to the theater for the holiday season. Resident Artist Tim Lile will star as "Crumpet," with performances running from December 8-17.
Next up will be 26 Pebbles, a world-premiere drama written by Eric Ulloa (On Your Feet!) about the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. Performances will run from February 2-19, 2017.
Ernest Thompson's 1979 play On Golden Pond will follow, running from April 6-23. The season will then close with Cincinnati writers Janet Yates Vogt and Mark Friedman's musical adaptation of Anne of Green Gables, based on the novel by Lucy Maud Montgomery. Performances will run from June 1-25, 2017.
