Additional casting has been announced for productions in The New York Musical Theatre Festival, which will run September 28-October 18.
Kevin Earley and Michael Halling play two rival boxers in Seeing Stars, with a book by Shelley McPherson, music by Don Breithaupt, and lyrics by Jeff Breihaupt. Other cast members include Margaret Nichols, Jane Blass, John Plumpis, Richard Pruitt, Evan Thompson, and Robert Stoeckle.
Jim Stanek, Carla Duren, and Gayle Turner will star in Street Lights, featuring book, music, and lyrics by Joe Drymala.
Rita Gardner and Joe Mahwould will be part of the 30-member cast of Hurricane, with book by Michael Holland and Eric Bernat, with music and lyrics by Holland.
Paul Kandel, Laura Jordan, and Mary Ellen Ashley will star in Open the Dark Door, featuring book, music, and lyrics by David Lefort Nugent.
So You Think You Can Dance star Neil Haskell will join the previously announced Noah Weisberg, Jenna Coker-Jones, Liz Larsen, and Kate Rockwell in F#@king Up Everything, by Sam Forman and David Eric Davis.
Megan Sikora, Tituss Burgess, and John Jeffrey Martin will join the previously announced Daniel Reichard in Mark Noonan and Nick Oddy’s The Happy Embalmer.
Nikki Renee Daniels, Martin Moran, and Theresa McCarthy will star in the concert presentation of The Greenwood Tree, featuring music and concept by Will Reynolds and text by Shakespeare.
Mary Testa and Bradley Dean sill star in the developmental series reading presentation of Live! Nude! Girl!, with book and lyrics by Donna Kaz with music by Wayne Barker.
Murray Hill will be featured in Moisty the Snowman Saves Christmas, with book and lyrics by Bradford Scobie, with music by Scobie and Christian Dyas.
Our Lady J will appear in the developmental production of Punk Princess, with book and lyrics by Yasmine Lever and music by Stew and Heidi Rodewald.
Nick Blaemire, Katie Thompson, Cait Doyle, Morgan Karr, Lindsay Mendez, Alex Brightman, Natalie Weiss, and Alex Wyse will be featured in the concert, Rated RSO: The Music and Lyrics of Ryan Scott Oliver.
