ACT has announced casting for its production of Horton Foote’s The Trip to Bountiful, to play May 7-June 6. Victor Pappas will direct.
The play follows the elderly Carrie Watts as she dreams endlessly of visiting her childhood home one last time before it is too late.
The cast will include Ian Bell (Houston Ticket Agent), Mary Kae Irvin (Jessie Mae Watts), Charles Leggett (Sheriff), Jessica Martin (Thelma), Marianne Owen (Carrie Watts), Paul Morgan Stetler (Ludie Watts), and Wesley Rice (Ray/2nd Ticket Agent).
