Lincoln Square Theatre of Chicago has announced the cast and creative team for its production of William Gibson’s The Miracle Worker, to run April 20-May 17. Kristina Schramm will direct.
Based on Helen Keller’s autobiography, The Story of My Life, this classic play is about Annie Sullivan, her pupil Helen Keller — deaf and blind due to childhood illness — and Annie’s determination to teach Helen language.
The cast will include Casey Chapman, Rebecca Chicoine, Laura MacGregor, Brita Morland, Mark Shallow, and Joy Thorbjornsen-Coates. This production will feature lighting by Chase Corman and costumes by Nathan Rohrer.
