Josh Radnor, Elizabeth Reaser Open in Richard Greenberg's The Babylon Line
Lincoln Center Theater's production of Richard Greenberg's new play The Babylon Line celebrated its opening night at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater on December 5. The production is directed by Terry Kinney.
Set in 1967, the work follows a writer from Greenwich Village (Josh Radnor) who commutes to Levittown to teach a writing class. As his students discover the power of storytelling, one special student (Elizabeth Reaser) reawakens his own artistic impulses. Radnor and Reaser are joined by Tony winners Randy Graff and Frank Wood, as well as Maddie Corman, Julie Halston, and Michael Oberholtzer. The production has sets by Richard Hoover, costumes by Sarah J. Holden, lighting by David Weiner, and sound by Rob Milburn & Michael Bodeen.
