Stage veterans Jasmine Guy, Faith Prince Sharon Lawrence, Chad Lowe, Rosie O’Donnell, and Cybill Shepherd will be among the guest stars in the second season of Lifetime’s Drop Dead Diva, which begins on June 6, according to TVGuide.com.
The show stars Broadway veteran Brooke Elliott as Jane/Deb, a shallow model-in-training who dies in a sudden accident only to find her soul resurfacing in the body of a brilliant, thoughtful and plus-size attorney.
The cast also includes theater veterans Margaret Cho, Josh Stamberg and Kate Levering as members of the law firm where Jane works.
Other upcoming guest stars for the series include Paula Abdul, Kellie Martin, Vivica A. Fox, Lauren Stamile, Leelee Sobieksi, Natasha Henstridge, and David Sutcliffe.
