The Milwaukee Rep is set to present Katori Hall‘s The Mountaintop, September 26-November 4 in The Rep’s Stiemke Studio. May Adrales will direct.
In The Mountaintop, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., cools down in a lonely Memphis hotel room on the eve of his assassination.
The cast will feature Broadway veteran J. Bernard Calloway as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Nikiya Mathis as Camae.
The design team will include Lee Savage (set design), Holly Payne (costume design), Barry G. Funderburg (sound design), and Jared Mezzocchi (video design).
