Gary Lunn Set for Insurgo Theater Movement’s Faustus

Gary Lunn will play the title role in Insurgo Theater Movement’s presentation of Faustus, directed by Brandon McClenahan. The production will play The Insurgo Theater, located on the 3rd floor of The Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Faustus is adapted from the Tragical History of the Life and Death of Doctor Faustus, by Christopher Marlowe. The play tells the tale of Doctor Faustus’ deal with the devil in which he exchanges his soul for knowledge and power.

Joining Lunn as Doctor John Faustus is Jamie Caravelli (Evil Angel/Covetousness/Demon), Michael Drake (First Scholar/Friar/Demon), Mel Elver (Cornelious/Pope/Demon), Tony Foresta (Valdez/Lucifer), Bob Gratix (Vinter/Old Man), Brandon Jones (Chorus/ Robin), Amanda Kraft (Female Demon/Duchess/Demon), Tara Lynn (Envy/ Demon), Natascha Negro (Good Angel/Wrath/Empress/Demon), Geo Nichols (Male Demon/Pride/Knight/Demon), E’Dawn Severance (Lechery/Demon), Alexander Sund (Alexander the Great/Duke/Attendant/Friar/Demon), Anthony Turchiano (Gluttony/Clown/Friar/Horse Coursier), Ritchie Villafuerte (First Friar/Ralph/Demon/Second Scholar), Joel P. Wayman (Wagner/Sloth/Demon), and Norma Wood (Mephistophilis/Helen of Troy).

Faustus features an original score composed by Sandy Stein, choreography by Jenna Wurtzberger, and set design is by Brandon McClenahan and Candice Cerruti.
