Fall begins performances tonight at Huntington Theatre Company.
Bernard Weinraub's world-premiere play tells the true story of Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Arthur Miller's secret son, Daniel, his child with third wife Inge Morath. Born with Down syndrome, Daniel was institutionalized, and his existence was never acknowledged by his parents. Peter DuBois directs.
Josh Stamberg (The Affair, Parenthood) stars as Arthur Miller. Also featured in the cast are Joanne Kelly (Inge Morath), Joanna Glushak (Dr. Wise), Nolan James Tierce (Daniel), and John Hickok as producer Robert Whitehead.
Fall features scenic design by Brandon McNeel, costume design by Ilona Somogyi, lighting design by Philip Rosenberg, sound design by John Gromada, and projection design by Zachary Borovay. The production stage manager is Kevin Schlagle, and the stage manager is Jeremiah Mullane.
Performances continue through June 16 at the Huntington's Stanford Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts.
