EXCLUSIVE: A Debut Track From the New Wind in the Willows West End Musical

The new musical The Wind in the Willows is gearing up for its West End premiere, and we've got a first listen to a track from the production's cast album, called "The Open Road."

The tune, written by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, is sung by cast members Rufus Hound (Mr. Toad), Simon Lipkin (Rat), Craig Mather (Mole), and members of the company. Check it out below.

Directed by Rachel Kavanaugh with choreography by Aletta Collins, the musical begins performances June 16 at the London Palladium and opens June 29. The musical features a book by Julian Fellowes and is adapted from Kenneth Grahame's classic children's novel.

The company also includes Neil McDermott as Chief Weasel, Denise Welch as Mrs. Otter, Gary Wilmot as Badger, Chris Aukett, Joel Baylis, Jenna Boyd, Abigail Brodie, Abigail Climer, Jorell Coiffic-Kamall, Nicole Deon, Emilie du Leslay, Joshua Gannon, James Gant, Evan James, Michael Larcombe, Bethany Linsdell, Ryan Pidgen, Adam Vaughan, Georgie Westall, and Natalie Woods.
