Darren Criss, Lilla Crawford, and More Join From Broadway With Love Benefit Concert

The July 25 event will honor the victims of the Orlando nightclub shooting.

From Broadway With Love: A Benefit Concert for Orlando, has added more Broadway stars to its lineup of performers who will take the stage July 25. The concert will be held at at the Walt Disney Theater at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Orlando, with net proceeds going to the GLBT Community Center of Central Florida, Hope and Help Center of Central Florida, and Zebra Coalition. Following the tragic event that took place at Pulse nightclub in Orlando on June 12, the event aims to be "a healing night of music and dance to honor the 49 victims."

Joining the previously announced performers will be Darren Criss (Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Glee), Lilla Crawford (Into the Woods, Annie), Wilson Cruz (My So-Called Life, Rent), and Priscilla Lopez (A Chorus Line, In the Heights). The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, which will donate their performance as one of the sponsors for the evening, will accompany the performers.

A forthcoming CD and DVD of the July 25 concert will be available at BroadwayRecords.com, Amazon.com, and more, with 100 percent of profits benefiting the three designated nonprofits.

From Broadway With Love: A Benefit Concert for Orlando is created by Seth Rudetsky, Kenny Howard, and James Wesley. The evening will be directed by Kenny Howard and written by Michael Wanzie, with musical direction by Michael J. Moritz Jr.
