Dame Hilary Mantel, the author of the Man Booker Prize-winning novels Wolf Hall and Bring Up the Bodies, will sign copies of those books during select performances of the Royal Shakespeare Company’s new Broadway productions of Wolf Hall: Parts One & Two at the Winter Garden Theatre.

Mantel will autograph her works during the first 20 minutes the house is open and during the first 10 minutes of intermission on the following days: April 1 (2pm and 7:30pm), April 2 (8pm), April 3 (8pm), April 8 (8pm), and April 10 (8pm). Patrons can either bring their personal copies of the books, or purchase them at the theater from the merchandise stand on the orchestra level.

The productions, directed by Jeremy Herrin, began performances March 20 at the Winter Garden Theatre, with an opening set for April 9. Set in the 1500s, the plays, adapted by Mike Poulton, tell the story of Thomas Cromwell and his rise to power to become the right-hand man of Henry VIII, as well as Cromwell's interactions with Anne Boleyn.

The cast of Wolf Hall is led by Nathaniel Parker (King Henry VIII), Lydia Leonard (Anne Boleyn), and Ben Miles (Thomas Cromwell), alongside, in alphabetical order, Joey Batey, Nicholas Boulton, Lucy Briers, Leah Brotherhead, Olivia Darnley, Nicholas Day, Mathew Foster, Daniel Fraser, Edward Harrison, Benedict Hastings, Madeleine Hyland, Paul Jesson, Robert MacPherson, Pierro Niel-Mee, Matthew Pidgeon, John Ramm, Nicholas Shaw, Joshua Silver, Giles Taylor, and Jay Taylor.

Wolf Hall: Parts One & Two, the recipient of five Olivier Award nominations including Best New Play, originated at the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon and transferred to the West End's Aldwych Theatre in May 2014. The West End run concluded on September 6. The productions feature scenic and costume design by Christopher Oram, lighting design by Paule Constable (Part One) and David Plater (Part Two), sound design by Nick Powell, and music by Stephen Warbeck.
