Tony Award winners Victoria Clark and John Glover will headline the Roundabout Theatre Company’s revival of Christopher Durang’s dark comedy The Marriage of Bette and Boo, to run June 13-September 7. The production, to open officially on July 10, will be directed by Walter Bobbie.

In addition to Clark (Margaret Brennan) and Glover (Karl Hudlocke), the cast will feature Terry Beaver (Father Donnally), Heather Burns (Emily Brennan), Kate Jennings Grant (Bette Brennan), Julie Hagerty (Soot Hudlocke), Adam Lefevre (Paul Brennan), Charles Socarides (Matt), and Christopher Evan Welch (Boo Hudlocke).

The creative team features David Korins (sets), Susan Hilferty (costumes), Donald Holder (lighting), and Nevin Steinberg (sound). Bobbie won the Tony Award for his production of Chicago and directed the Roundabout’s production of Twentieth Century.

Durang won an Obie Award for the show’s 1985 production. His other plays include A History of the American Film, Sister Mary Ignatius Explains It All for You, Laughing Wild, Betty’s Summer Vacation, Sex and Longing, and Miss Witherspoon. His comedy Beyond Therapy will be revived this summer in a co-production by the Bay Street Theatre and the Williamstown Theatre Festival, starring Kate Burton and Katie Finneran. Durang also recently co-wrote the musical Adrift in Macao; the show’s cast recording will be released on May 13.
