Casting information has been announced for A Don’t Hug Me Christmas Carol, set to run at Hennepin Stages, November 21-December 28.
A spoof of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, the show is set in Bunyan Bay, Minnesota where Gunner Johnson gets in an argument with his wife, Clara, and tells her he’s skipping Christmas. When he gets stranded on a frozen lake, he’s visited by folk legend, Sven Yorgensen, who plays the ghost of Christmas past, present, and future. The cast will feature Bonni Allen, Doug Anderson, Dan Hopman, Emily Trempe, and Ross Young.
