Peter Eyre and Nick Westrate will star in Edmund White’s Terre Haute, to play 59E59 Theaters, January 13-February 15, with an official opening on January 18.
In the play, a famous author comes face-to-face with America’s most notorious terrorist. As the clock ticks on death row, the bond between the two men grows. Terre Haute is inspired by Gore Vidal’s famous essays on Oklahoma bomber Timothy McVeigh. This West End transfer is being presented by writing collective nabokov and Karl Sydow.
White is best known as a novelist, whose works include A Boy’s Own Story, States of Desire: Travels in Gay America, and The Beautiful Room is Empty.
