Ashley Blanchet, Ben Crawford, Claybourne Elder, Ann Harada to Lead Muny Beauty and the Beast

Ashley Blanchet and Ben Crawford will lead a starry Broadway cast in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast at the Muny in St. Louis, June 22-30.
Blanchet will play Belle, with Crawford as the Beast, alongside Claybourne Elder as Gaston, Ann Harada as Mrs. Potts, Kelvin Moon Loh as Lumiere, Eric Jordan Young as Cogsworth, Holly Ann Butler as Babette, Tommy Bracco as Lefou, Harrison White as Maurice, Debby Lennon as Madame de la Grande Bouche, and Michael Hobin as Chip.
Beauty and the Beast has a score by Alan Menken, Howard Ashman, and Tim Rice, with a book by Linda Woolverton. John Tartaglia directs, with choreography by Patrick O’Neill and music direction by Ben Whiteley.
