Will Allen, Anna Chlumsky, Mark Cisneros, Lynn Cohen, Ronald Cohen, Maia Sage Ermansons, John Gazzale, Ruben Luque, Victoria Malvagno, Sean Neely, Lorraine Rodriguez, and Anika Solveig will perform in Dance With Me, an evening of short plays by Israel Horovitz, to be presented at the American Ballroom Theater on May 9 at 8 pm. Pamela Seiderman will direct.
The evening will include the plays Acrobats, The Marriage Play, and The Audition Play. There will also be ballroom dancing, drinks, a silent auction, and live music featuring Mindy Cassie and George Kormendi.
The event is part of Barefoot Theatre Company’s 70/70 Horovitz Project, a year-long worldwide celebration of the 70th birthday of playwright Israel Horovitz, whose many plays include The Indian Wants the Bronx, Line, The Primary English Class, and Park Your Car in Harvard Yard.
