Alton Brown Kicks Off Broadway Run in Eat Your Science

Food Network favorite Alton Brown makes his Broadway debut tonight, kicking off an eight-performance run in his new show, Alton Brown Live: Eat Your Science, at the Barrymore Theatre. The production runs through November 27.

Alton Brown Live: Eat Your Science is a culinary variety show where Brown mixes science, music, and food into two hours of entertainment. It is described as having "all-new puppets, songs and entertaining-yet-possibly-hazardous culinary demonstrations." The show is the follow-up to Brown's Edible Inevitable Tour.

Brown is the author of the James Beard Award-winning book I'm Just Here for the Food. He has hosted the series' Cutthroat Kitchen, Camp Cutthroat, Iron Chef America, and Good Eats.
