Broadway Records has announced the release of the a cappella album Blue Jupiter: Twisted Broadway, Volume 1.
The album features showtunes reimagined in Blue Jupiter’s signature a cappella style, combining soaring pop and Broadway leads over tight harmony and beatboxing. Shows represented include Wicked, Pippin, The Sound of Music, and The Wizard of Oz, among others.
Blue Jupiter comprises Diana Preisler, Marty Gasper, Jonathan Minkoff, and Jeff Washburn. The album will hit stores and be available digitally on November 24.
