Steven Blier, Matt Boehler, Jesse Blumberg, Scott Murphee, Matthew Worth Set for NYFOS’ Manning the Canon

Singers Jesse Blumberg, Matt Boehler, Scott Murphee, and Matthew Worth will join pianist Steven Blier for NYFOS’ Manning the Canon: Songs of Gay Life, to be held at Merkin Concert Hall at 8pm on Tuesday, November 30 and Thursday, December 2.

The program will feature music from a wide variety of classical and contemporary composers including Leonard Bernstein, Marc Blitzstein, William Bolcom, Benjamin Britten, Cy Coleman, Steven Lutvak, Cole Porter, Franz Schubert, Pyotr Illyich Tchaikovsky, and John Wallowitch.
