New Group to Host Discussion with Thomas Bradshaw and Todd Solondz

The New Group will continue its “Dark Nights” discussion series with Talking Taboos, a conversation with filmmaker Todd Solondz and playwright Thomas Bradshaw, to be held at Theatre Row on Sunday, November 6 at 4pm.

Solondz’s films include Welcome to the Dollhouse,Happiness, Palindromes and Darkhorse, which recently premiered at the Toronto Film Festival.

The New Group’s production of Bradshaw’s play Burning previews Off-Broadway on October 26. His other works include Mary, The Bereaved, and Southern Promises.

Dark Nights at The New Group offers unique programming and informative conversation to coincide with the company’s mainstage productions. Past events have included guests F. Murray Abraham, Stephen Adly Guirgis, Eric Bogosian, Zoe Caldwell, David Henry Hwang, Tony Kushner, Martha Plimpton, Hal Prince and Wallace Shawn.
