Margaret Colin, Stephanie D’Abruzzo, Neal Huff, Victor Slezak, et al. Set for Summer Shorts
Rosalyn Coleman, Margaret Colin, Stephanie D’Abruzzo, Nancy Giles, Neal Huff, and Victor Slezak are among the actors cast in Summer Shorts 3, a program of new American one-acts, to perform at 59E59 Theaters, July 24-August 27.
Series A will include Things My Afro Taught Me, written and performed by Nancy Giles; Death by Chocolate by John Augustine, directed by Robert Saxner, and featuring Mary Joy, Sherry Anderson, and Aaron Paternoster; A Second of Pleasure by Neil LaBute, directed by Andrew McCarthy, and starring Margaret Colin and Victor Slezak; and The Eternal Anniversary, featuring a book by Bill Connington with music and lyrics by Skip Kennon, and starring Leenya Rideout and Robert W. Dusold.
Series B will include Don’t Say Another Word by Carole Real, directed by Ian Belknap, and starring Stephanie D’Abruzzo; The Sin Eater by Keith Reddin, directed by Billy Hopkins, and featuring Clara Hopkins Daniels, Jamie Watkins, Rosalyn Coleman, J.J. Kandel, Teala Dunn, and Sheldon Woodley; If I Had by Roger Hedden, directed by Billy Hopkins, and starring Shane McRae, Andy Powers and Emily Tremaine; and The Killing by the late William Inge, directed by José Angel Santana, and starring Neal Huff and J.J. Kandel.
