Katori Hall
Olivier Award nominee Katori Hall, Pulitzer Prize winner Margot Jefferson, and Obie Award winner Chay Yew are set to participate in post-performance discussions to be held in conjunction with the Public Theater's production of Branden Jacobs-Jenkins' Neighbors. Niegel Smith has directed the production, which continues through March 7.

On February 23, Jefferson will join author Daphne A. Brooks as well as Yew and Smith for a discussion entitled Racial Masquerade. On March 2, Hall and Jacob-Jenkins, along with Tracy Scott Wilson and Nathan Louis Jackson, will discuss their own work and effect that the legacy of playwright August Wilson has had on them.

Neighbors focuses on the impact that a family of black actors has on one of their more staid new neighbors. The company features Jocelyn Bioh (Topsy), Danielle Davenport (Melody), Brandon Gill (Jim), Birgit Huppuch (Jean), Chris McKinney (Richard), Okieriete Onaodowan (Sambo), Tonye Patano (Mammy), and Eric Jordan Young (Zip).
