Jujubee, Robert Verdi and Linda Simpson Set for July 21 Ali Forney Center Benefit

Robert Verdi and Linda Simpson will emcee Oasis, the Ali Forney Center’s inaugural summer benefit, to be held on July 21 at Hudson Terrace.

DJ/Producer Corey Craig will provide music for the night, which will feature a special appearance by RuPaul’s Drag Race contestant Jujubee and also include cocktails, entertainment and a silent auction with fabulous experience-focused packages.

Jonathan Groff, Eduardo Xol, Lea Delaria, Heather Matarazzo & Caroline Murphy, John Cameron Mitchell, and Nick Adams are serving as honorary event hosts.

The Ali Forney Center (AFC) was started in June 2002 in response to the lack of safe shelter for LGBT youth in New York City. They have grown quickly to become the nation’s largest and most comprehensive organization dedicated to homeless LGBT youth
