EXCLUSIVE: Hear George Salazar Sing "Iron Mike" From Jonathan Larson Project Album

The ”Be More Chill” star sings an unheard song by the composer of ”Rent”.

Ghostlight Records will release the cast album of The Jonathan Larson Project in digital and streaming formats on Friday, April 5. We've got an exclusive first listen to one of the tracks, "Iron Mike," sung by Be More Chill's George Salazar. "Iron Mike" was written by Larson as a reaction to the Exxon Valdez oil spill in 1989, one of the most devastating human-caused environmental disasters of all time. The song was penned for the Naked Angels Earth Day Show in 1990. Check it out below.

Featuring the unheard songs by the late composer of Rent and Tick, Tick…BOOM!, the album is inspired by the series of concerts at Feinstein's/54 Below in 2018. Also heard on the album are Nick Blaemire, Lauren Marcus, Andy Mientus, and Krysta Rodriguez. Preorder the album here.
