Cyndi Lauper to Join Kinky Boots Star Billy Porter in Lincoln Center's American Songbook
Billy Porter, the Tony Award-winning star of Broadway's Kinky Boots, will open Lincoln Center's American Songbook series on January 28 with two shows, at 7:30pm and 9:30pm, in the Appel Room. Pop icon and Tony-winning Kinky Boots composer Cyndi Lauper will join Porter for the performances.

Other artists slated to perform this season with Lincoln Center's American Songbook series include Tony nominee Norm Lewis (The Phantom of the Opera), Tony nominee Judy Kuhn (Fun Home), Lea DeLaria (Orange Is the New Black), Megan Hilty (Smash, Wicked), and more.
