Corbin Bleu, Constantine Maroulis, Laura Osnes, Michael Urie, et al. Set for BC/EFA’s Easter Bonnet Competition

Celebrity participants have been announced for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS’ 24th annual Easter Bonnet Competition, which will culminate in a two-day Broadway spectacular at the Minskoff Theatre on Monday, April 26 at 4:30pm and Tuesday, April 27 at 2pm.

This year’s rotating hosts will include Dylan Baker, Corbin Bleu, Colman Domingo, Chad Kimball, Constantine Maroulis, Jan Maxwell, Michael Mulheren, Laura Osnes, Loretta Ables Sayre, and Michael Urie.

Performers and presenters will also include Montego Glover, Hunter Foster, Levi Kreis, Elizabeth Stanley, and Doris Eaton Travis.

This year’s competition judges are Jennifer Cody, James Claffery Jr, Katie Finneran, Laura Michele Kelly, Beth Leavel, Alfred Molina, Brian Stokes Mitchell, and Chris March.

The show will feature special numbers and parade of bonnets hand-crafted by the casts and crews of such shows as Billy Elliot, Fela!, In the Heights, La Cage Aux Folles, The Lion King, Mamma Mia!, Memphis, Million Dollar Quartet, My Trip Down the Pink Carpet, Next Fall, The Phantom of the Opera, South Pacific, Wicked, and Zero Hour.

Honors are awarded to the companies that raise the largest amounts of money on behalf of BC/EFA during the fundraising drive. Companies offering the best designs and presentations of bonnets are also recognized.
