Cast and Third Touring Season Announced for Irving Berlin’s I Love a Piano

Casting and tour cities have been announced for the musical revue Irving Berlin’s I Love a Piano. As previously announced, the show will open the 2009-2010 season at The Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College on September 13. After this performance, Piano will embark on its third tour season to cities around the country, including Wichita, Kansas; Durham, North Carolina; Clearwater, Florida; Savannah, Georgia; and Cupertino, California.

The revue uses 64 of Berlin’s songs, which were written across the span of five decades, including “Puttin’ On The Ritz,” “There’s No Business Like Show Business,” “Change Partners,” “How Deep Is The Ocean,” “God Bless America,” and “White Christmas.” Directed and choreographed of Ray Roderick, who co-created the show with Michael Berkely, the cast includes Jackey Good, Crystal Kellogg, Ryan Lammer, George Papas, Haley Swindal, Ashley Wallace, Jason Weitkamp, and Joshua Woodie.
