Forever Plaid original cast members David Engel and Larry Raben will be joined by Whitney Allen and Susanne Blakeslee for Forbidden Broadway Greatest Hits, Volume I, to be presented by Musical Theatre West at the Carpenter Performing Arts Center in Long Beach, May 1-17.
This musical revue spoofs Broadway shows such as Wicked, Les Miserables, Chicago, Annie, Cats, Mamma Mia, Jersey Boys and The Lion King, as well as some of Broadway’s best known stars like Liza Minnelli, Carol Channing, Ethel Merman, and Michael Crawford.
