Alexis Aurigemma, Alex Ostroff Set for Doctor Faustus Lights the Lights at 3LD

A new electro-rock musical version of Gertrude Stein’s libretto Doctor Faustus Lights the Lights will be presented July 20-28 at the 3LD Art and Technology Center. Abby Colella will direct, with musical direction by Lance Jabr and Deepali Gupta. Choreography is by Leandro Zaneti.

The show, which will feature an electronic score by Deepali Gupta and Zachary Segel, is described as part interactive funhouse, light show, and dance party.

The cast will feature Alex Ostroff, Alexis Aurigemma, Alp Ozcelik, Brian Cross, Katelyn Miles, Lauren Tucker, Ned Riseley, Nora Rothman, Olivia Harding, Sami Horneff, Sean Devare, and Ursula Raasted.

The design team will include Serge Lobatch (lighting design), Corina Chase (costume design), Adam Wyron (set design), and Nara Shin (sound design).
